Odličen znanstven članek oziroma na novo objavljena meta analiza raziskav na temo fastinga. Kot najbolj pomemben učinek fastinga omenja seveda dvig ketonov in posledičen pozitiven vpliv na kup poti v telesu. S keto prehrano sami po sebi dosežemo večino tega.
